3. Affiliate Program (if applicable): In the case of an affiliate program, the sponsor agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their affiliate program and commissions. The sponsor will ensure that all affiliate links used in the promotional materials are properly functioning.
4. Promotion Goals and Metrics: The sponsor and LG Neville will define the key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals for the sponsored promotion.
5. Promotional Materials: The sponsor agrees to provide high-resolution images and other promotional materials for inclusion in the sponsored promotion. The sponsor confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use these materials for promotional purposes.
6. Data Protection and Privacy: Both parties agree to handle any personal data collected or processed during the promotion in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
7. Indemnification: The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold LG Neville LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the content of the promotion, any actions related to the campaign, or any breaches of the agreement.
8. Disclaimer: Please be advised that while we will make every effort to ensure the success of the sponsored promotion and any affiliate marketing activities, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. The effectiveness of the campaign may vary based on factors such as audience engagement, market conditions, and the sponsor’s product or service offerings.
The sponsor understands that the performance of the sponsored promotion and any associated affiliate marketing efforts is subject to various external influences, and we cannot be held responsible for any lack of anticipated results.
Additionally, we do not guarantee any specific level of sales, conversions, or engagement resulting from the promotion. The sponsor acknowledges that individual results may differ and that the success of the campaign is dependent on numerous variables beyond our control.
By participating in our sponsored promotion program, the sponsor agrees to hold LG Neville LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages that may arise due to the performance of the campaign.
9. Term and Termination: This agreement will remain in effect from the date of submission of the sponsor intake form until the completion of the sponsored promotion. Either party may terminate this agreement with prior written notice if they are unable to fulfill their obligations.
10. Amendments: Any changes or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
11. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the sponsor and LG Neville LLC, superseding any prior discussions, arrangements, or representations related to the sponsored promotion.
By participating in our sponsored promotion program, the sponsor acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined on this page and agree to be bound by them.
LG Neville LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
